Abstract
Fintech has been gaining traction in the supply chain management of many developed countries and is impacting the overall agility in operations. However, this emerging mix of technologies' impact on countries in the GCC, like Saudi Arabia, has not been adequately discussed. This research looks into 168 Saudi Companies through a survey questionnaire and gained rich insights. Companies reporting willingness to use supply chain cash flow solutions, use of Fintech solutions in operations, and effectiveness to address regulatory issues of SCM had a significantly higher likelihood of using Fintech for SCM and improving agility. Whereas the effectiveness of managing supply chain disruptions, company size, or annual revenue was not independently predicted.
