Abstract
This study investigates the role of agile coaches in addressing knowledge sharing obstacles within agile teams. Although agile frameworks prioritise transparency and collaboration, knowledge and relational barriers frequently remain in practice. In order to acquire a thorough understanding, this investigation implemented qualitative research. The research relies on 25 semi-structured interviews with agile practitioners and agile coaches in order to obtain insights from a variety of stakeholder perspectives. The analysis will concentrate on the agile coach's role in overcoming knowledge sharing challenges. The objective of this study is to enhance comprehension of the role of an agile coach in regard to facilitating knowledge sharing among team members. as this is a developmental paper, feedback is requested regarding the idea's structure and interpretation of emerging themes.
