Abstract
Remote work remains a flexible employment arrangement post-pandemic, but with increased job demands and work-life imbalance, there is a growing worry on the effects of remote work on cognitive health. This paper will discuss the positive correlation between job demands (JD) and cognitive failures (CF), with emotional exhaustion (EE) and cognitive fatigue (CFa) serving as serial mediators, and PERMA moderating the relation. The data will be analysed using AMOS and the SPSS PROCESS Macro, based on a cross-sectional survey of remote employees working in various sectors in India.
