Abstract
This study examines how organisations navigate change while promoting wellbeing, equity, and sustainable employment practices through the inclusion of neurodivergent workers. By mapping the intellectual structure, thematic evolution, and emerging trends in neurodiversity and employment research, the study analyses how organisational responses to diversity have developed over time. Rather than focusing solely on research gaps, the bibliometric review traces shifting scholarly priorities related to inclusive leadership, organisational development, workplace innovation, and employee wellbeing. Using SCOPUS-indexed publications, the study systematically charts how organisations adapt policies, practices, and cultures to better support neurodivergent employees in the context of broader social and technological change. By presenting a structured framework of the field’s evolution, the study provides guidance for future research and practice aimed at strengthening inclusive, resilient, and forward-looking workplaces.
