Abstract
The study aims to find out the enablers for the development and inclusion of differently-abled people in the workplace using ISM-MICMAC analysis. The NGT was used to determine the key enablers of development and inclusion in the workplace because it offers a methodical and collaborative technique with a wide variety of experts' viewpoints. The ISM-MICMAC result shows that the skills and competencies of differently abled employees lead to performance and recognition which results in development and inclusion in the workplace based on the capability approach. The results can be used by organizations, government, and policymakers to strategically frame policies by highlighting the significance of capabilities and pinpointing particular enablers. The study emphasizes the social responsibility of organizations in fostering an atmosphere in which differently abled can flourish in their career and able to sustain their employment in the long run.
