Abstract
This research aims to investigate the relationship between leadership agility and organizational adaptability, particularly focusing on how agile leadership practices contribute to organizational resilience and responsiveness in turbulent environments. The study examines the concept of leadership agility and its implications for leading and managing change in dynamic and uncertain contexts. It assesses how leaders' agility competencies influence organizational adaptability, flexibility, and innovation capabilities. Furthermore, it explores the role of agile leadership behaviours in fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and adaptation within organizations. Through quantitative analysis and a cross-sectional design, data will be gathered from diverse organizations to provide insights into these relationships.
