Abstract
This research delves into the dynamic interplay between leadership styles and employee motivation and performance within the context of the digital age. The leadership style employed by a leader may influence the motivation and performance of employees. Likewise, foster a strong organisational culture combined with the flexibility to adopt new tactics and systems in the digital era. Through a comprehensive examination of various leadership approaches, including transformational and servant leadership, the study aims to shed light on how different leadership styles impact employee motivation and performance in digital work environments. Additionally, the research explores the moderating effects of organizational culture and technological infrastructure on the relationship between leadership styles and employee outcomes.
