Abstract
This developmental paper aims to examine current knowledge body towards Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education specific to the UK Higher education sector. In an overview of current scenario, there seems to be two ambiguous alertness within the education system, one side of this coin stresses on potentialities of AI to transform the pedagogy practices while another side of coin presents unclear fear of adaptation of AI in education system. Though government and governance policy are emphasizing on infusion of AI into education system, but key stakeholders are still apprehensive on AI transformations. This research paper also has objectives to explore the underlying mindset among the academic stakeholder on Artificial intelligence adaptation into current teaching mechanisms fostering the development of digital and cognitive skills demand for future employment task. As fourth industrial revolution seeks integration of technology towards reducing inequalities and developing responsible entrepreneurship capabilities, and this can made possible by knowing the gaps and possibilities from AI application in detail, stakeholder mindset and flexibility in pedagogical practices.
