Abstract
The main aim of this study is to investigate the mediating role of knowledge management processes in the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and organisational sustainability. This study utilises a quantitative research approach. Three hundred and fourteen individuals employed in the hospitality sector in Jordan completed a self-administered questionnaire. In addition, the study used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) as a statistical method to analyse and assess the suggestions. The results confirm that the knowledge management process acts as a positive intermediary between entrepreneurial leadership and organisational sustainability. To the best of the authors' knowledge, this study is the first to investigate the mediating role of knowledge management processes on the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and the organisational sustainability of hospitality businesses.
