Abstract
Transformation of worldly phenomena for the greater good requires change. Although some analytically rigorous theoretical micro-foundations explain causal mechanisms of technologically driven and other sources of growth, absent from literature at this time is a theoretical synthesis that bridges this theorising with qualitative outcomes of growth in the production of goods and services- the holistic humanist experience of the ‘matrix’ or ‘universe’ of experiences of the world around us comprised of goods and services. It is argued here that such a theoretical synthesis- termed here ‘experiential matrix theory’ can be used to navigate different theoretical perspectives with a focus on enabling societal transformation for the greater good.
