This study offers a comprehensive overview of academic research in agile project management, organizational strategy, and digital transformation. By analyzing 438 research documents from Scopus and Web of Science using the Bibliometrix Package for R and Biblioshiny, we visually represented key elements such as journals, papers, researchers, institutions, and countries. Our robust bibliometric analysis utilized indicators like productivity, citations, and thematic analysis, exploring co-authorship, keyword co-occurrence, and influential networks. The research consolidates crucial insights into digital transformation and organizational agility, highlighting the interconnectedness of digital strategy, change management, and digital technology. Thematic clustering and mapping identified five key areas, offering significant insights and prospective avenues for future research. This study underscores the importance of integrating digital strategy, change management, and digital technology within organizational agility to address the evolving landscape of digital transformation effectively.
