Abstract
The quantitative study explores the relationship between culturally intelligent behaviour on inter firm collaborations. Interfirm collaborations are a global phenomenon which involve diverse parties. Hence examining the relationship between parties from diverse backgrounds provide insights into better understanding inter firm collaborations. An online survey of 500 alliance personnel with provide quantitative data to assess the behaviour of 500 alliance personnel how behaviours impact coordination and communication resulting in enhanced inter firm collaborations. The findings of the study advise how inclusive behaviour is positively correlated with coordination and communication in inter firm collaborations. The findings from this study will educate alliance personnel on the positive relationship between inclusive behaviour and improved management of strategic alliances. The findings will educate the academic literature on strategic management and international business.
