Abstract
We examine the role of managerial ability in shaping corporate culture, emphasizing how leadership skills influence organizational norms and values. While prior research often treats these constructs separately, we bridge this gap by analyzing how skilled managers cultivate cultural frameworks that foster innovation, collaboration, and resilience. Using a robust empirical approach, we find that high-ability managers embed core values that align with long-term strategic goals, reinforcing corporate identity. Our findings contribute to corporate governance literature by highlighting the managerial role in cultural formation. This research has implications for stakeholders assessing leadership effectiveness beyond financial performance.
