Abstract
This study aims to analyze the interwoven relationship between digital innovation, entrepreneurial ecosystems, and the role of women-led businesses in driving innovation. By retrieving 533 academic papers published between 1987 and 2023, a bibliometric analysis was conducted. This study tries to unravel research trends, influential authors, seminal papers, and emerging themes of the field. Using advanced visualization tools, the study maps the intellectual structures of this field. The findings highlight both opportunities and challenges that women entrepreneurs face in general. It is observed that technology opens doors to new markets, resources, and business models. At the same time, it also brings forth some challenges like access to funding, digital literacy, and systemic biases. By identifying the gaps in the existing literature, this study provides a blueprint for future research. In conclusion, the study also reflects on the real-life success story.
