Abstract
We present a longitudinal study of how strategists in seven technology-based firms navigated the temporal complexity inherent in developing nascent innovations. In doing so, we provide empirical and contextually-specific analysis of how these strategists used temporal intuition as they sought to achieve entrainment in cycles of action and decision between their firms and strategic partners.
