Abstract
In digital transformation, some manufacturers have successfully transformed to a new business model and strengthened their market competitiveness, while others have not achieved expected outcome due to challenges and obstacles coupled with Covid-19 effect. For 48,000,000 SMEs in China, will it be another “Productivity Paradox”, for if digital transformation does not take place, they are waiting to die, if they take on transformation, they will probably die sooner. The purpose of this enquiry is through case study to explore its causal relationships and draw a best possible roadmap for guiding their sustainability initiatives. This research has significant implications for organizations how to choose right tools and adopt appropriate methods focus on business process innovation. Academically, I have expanded success factors such as leadership commitment, digital mindset change and culture cultivation, knowledge sharing etc.. I have adopted Theory, Methods and Tools (TMT) model best fit in the applied researches.
