Abstract
Digital financial inclusion (DFI) is considered to be an important tool in providing impetus to the cause of financial well-being (FWB) of people from all sections of society. It is also an enabler to at least 5 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the United Nations for 2030. The paper aims to analyze the existing body of knowledge discussing FWB through DFI. A systematic literature review (SLR) is conducted. In our study, we have identified a few important gaps which may be addressed in future studies. The impact of digitalization on the FI of physically challenged poor people, illiterate women, elderly women, and the FWB of the pension beneficiaries through DFI also needs further exploration. The procedural challenges which act as a barrier to DFI need further study.
