Abstract
The urgent need for climate action has brought attention to the role of entrepreneurship in achieving NetZero goals. This study examines how universities can leverage entrepreneurship education to foster NetZero entrepreneurship among graduates through a qualitative inquiry employing semi-structured interviews with a sample of eighteen university alumni who have founded their businesses. This study finds that universities need to prioritize educational initiatives to raise awareness among students on the concept of NetZero businesses. Additionally, there is a need for initiatives that encourage collaboration and coordination among different university resources. Furthermore, universities should improve the accessibility and availability of information related to NetZero initiatives and programs. Finally, providing additional activities beyond traditional classroom learning can better educate students about NetZero.
