Abstract
The current study aimed to investigate the significance of innovation in organizations from an Asian perspective. To achieve this, the study was conducted using a qualitative research design. Two primary sources were used to gather data for the study. Firstly, the researchers conducted a thorough content analysis of existing literature related to innovation in Asian organizations. Secondly, feedback extraction was carried out by interviewing experts with extensive experience in the field of innovation in Asian organizations. The content analysis was conducted based on the work of Bogers et al. (2017), which provided a comprehensive review of the literature on innovation in Asian organizations. The researchers analysed the existing literature to identify key themes and concepts related to innovation in Asian organizations. Subsequently, interviews were conducted with experts in the field of innovation to further validate and refine the themes identified through the content analysis. The study's findings were presented in a diagrammatic depiction that highlights the six key themes identified through the analysis of the literature and feedback extraction from experts. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the significance of innovation in Asian organizations and the factors that contribute to successful innovation in this context.
