Abstract
Blockchain technology, called one of the most innovative technologies, helps managers and companies have a better experience. Despite the growing importance of blockchain technology, there is no known about the enablers of technological, organizational, and environmental factors on blockchain technology as associated with stakeholders' engagement behaviors. Drawing on the technology-organization-environment framework and stimulus-organism-response, this study investigates the effects of the technological (compatibility, relative advantage, and technology competence), organizational (technology policy and top management support), and environmental (information intensity and regulatory support) factors on stakeholder experience and blockchain technology trust. Moreover, this study aims to understand the effect of stakeholder experience and blockchain technology trust on stakeholder engagement. Based on our findings, both theoretical and managerial implications will be debated.
