Abstract
The study examines the important components of the influence of stakeholder management using Information Management System (IMS) on risk management in an IT project setting. The research employs a primary data analysis approach to comprehend and analyse trends in the use of IMS, as well as its benefits and drawbacks in attaining effective project management. This study attempts to explore the relationship between project success and project risk, as well as how stakeholder management using IMS may assist increase project success with improved delivery quality. This research has used quantitative data from questionnaire survey to triangulate the findings with secondary data gathered from the literature. This also contributes to the study's reliability for future research or implementation initiatives. Recommendations were offered for both implementation and future work aimed at enhancing understanding and closing research gaps. The outcomes of the analysis were reviewed, and conclusions were drawn on the study objectives.
