Biography

Dr. Zia is an academic staff member at the Dept of Leadership and Management Studies, National Defence University, Pakistan. With over 20 years of experience, he holds a PhD Degree in Management Sciences; an MBA in Human Resource Management, LLB, Masters in English Language and Literature. Add other degrees and courses …. In term of teaching, Zia has taught numerous management and leadership related subjects such as Strategic Mmanagement, Advanced strategic planning and management, Leadership theory and practice, , Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Development, Advanced Research Methodology, Training and Development and alike. He has also developed courses such as Teaching Methodology, Project Management specific related courses, Leadership and management studies., entrepreneurship, tourism management and alike. He taught courses at the postgraduate level (PhD), MPhil, Masters and BS Levels. , Zia has published around 100 research papers in widely regarded scholarly national and international journals. Zia has a great passion for helping others, research related projects and training and development. He also has published four books and currently working on 3 books related to leadership and management.
