Biography

Muhammad Junaid is Assistant Professor of Marketing, Tourism and Hospitality Management in School of Management Sciences at Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. He has done his master’s in business administration – MBA from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. He holds a MS degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Sorbonne, Paris. He recently completed his PhD in Services Marketing from Aix-Marseille University, France. On the topic, Patient Participation in Chronic Illness Management, A Proposed Framework for Health Care Services. Part of his work from the doctoral thesis was also published by American Academy of Marketing Science Conference (2020) and British Academy of Management Conference (2020). His research interests include customer education and customer participation in tourism and health services. Besides academics, Mr. Junaid is a professional trainer and passionate career coach also. He loves to talk on diversified managerial topics including health care, tourism, hospitality, grooming codes, etiquettes and manners for professionals.
