Biography

Dr. Asha Thomas is an Assistant Professor at Wrocław University of Science and Technology (WUST), Poland. Her areas of research interest include knowledge management, open innovation, digital transformation, financial well-being, Artificial Intelligence, leadership, and SMEs. She has about 14 years’ of experience in teaching and over three years’ experience of experience in the IT and Telecom industries. She also serves as a guest editor and associate editor with many journals. She has contributed to a policy draft for the G20 (T20) Summit 2021, held in Rome, Italy. She is also the author of the book Knowledge Management, Leadership and Innovation in Digital Transformation, published with Routledge and Marketing Analytics using Excel, published with Sage.
