Rowena is a Lecturer at the University of Technology, Sydney Business School who completed her PhD in 2024. Rowena's PhD involved researching the Future of Work examining the business and employee outcomes of Alternative Work Schedules and Flexible Work Arrangements, specifically the 4-Day Work Week. Rowena continues to research in Flexible Work Arrangements, Hybrid Working and the Future of Work. Prior to returning to academica, Rowena had over 22 years Blue Chip Multinational experience at Coca-Cola, Unilever, and Campbell Arnotts. As a Marketing Director, she held several senior leadership positions, effectively leading and inspiring large local, and regional teams to deliver excellent business results. Rowena's professional and academic experiences, combined with her ongoing research provide great insight into the evolving workplace.
