Abstract
The 100-80-100 4DWW is a Flexible Work Arrangement gaining interest. This paper compares 4DWW trials in two subsidiaries of a multinational organisation using a longitudinal, mixed method design, involving online surveys and employee interviews. Findings suggest that participation model, messaging consistency, stakeholder behaviours and leadership role modelling influence employee experience and are shaped by organisational size and context. The paper contributes to the growing body of 4DWW knowledge and will be of value to leaders, human resource professionals and academic scholars.
