Ao (Ollie) Zhou is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of Waikato, New Zealand. Her research centres on workplace health and wellbeing, relational harmony, harmful organisational behaviours, managerial interventions, and employment relations.
Ao’s work is interdisciplinary and employs mixed-methods approaches. She is particularly interested in advancing methodological innovation in HRM, including the use of systems thinking and modelling techniques to examine the long-term effects of workplace deviance and the viral spread of negative behaviours within teams and organisations.
