Dr. Barnabas S. Stanfast is a business lecturer at RNN Group, England, with over a decade of experience in higher education and business management. He holds a PhD in General Management, an MSc in Management, an MBA in Business Administration, a BSc in Banking and Finance, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education Practice. Dr. Stanfast's academic career spans institutions in the UK and Nigeria, including lecturing and module leadership roles at CECOS College and Niger Delta University, where he designed innovative, digitally integrated business management curricula that increased student engagement by 35% and halved dropout rates over two years. His teaching and pastoral practice consistently achieve retention rates above 90% and student satisfaction ratings of 95%, underpinned by his specialism in blended learning, comprehensive assessment design, and data-driven interventions to support student success and employability.
