Biography

Dr Opeoluwa Aiyenitaju Lectures in Business Technology degree at the Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. Opeoluwa’s research area covers organisational outputs and information system technologies with a central focus on the end users. Her current research focuses on helping organisations generate value from digital transformation. She is skilled in the use of Dooyeweerd’s Philosophical framework to generate usability issues for organisational output improvements. Ope obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Information & Communication Technology from Covenant University, Nigeria. Obtained her Master of Science degree (MSc) in Managing Information Technology and a Doctorate (PhD) degree in Information Systems (both) from University of Salford, UK. Ope engages with diverse communities through widening participation outreach initiatives. In addition, she engages in speaking engagements at various events organised for youths on careers and employability, academic progression, and uptakes onto STEM subjects.
