Biography
Dr. Nor Liza has 30 years of experience in teaching and currently is an associate professor in the Faculty of Economics and Management, UKM. She obtained her first degree in Economics from the International Islamic University, MBA from UKM and PhD in Strategic Management from University Malaya. She also obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship from Cambridge University, UK. Her area of research is dynamic capabilities, entrepreneurship, and leadership. She has led a number of research projects in the area of knowledge management and strategy. She is also an active consultant and trainer, and has led several projects commissioned by government agencies and private entities.
