Master in Management and Social Development (CIAGS/UFBA), PhD student in Administration (UFBA), Specialist in Business Management (UEFS) and Administrator (FRB). She works as a professor at the Baiano Federal Institute and accumulates teaching experience in technical, undergraduate and graduate courses. In the last 10 years, she has been dedicated to academic management as a course coordinator, academic quality manager, CPA and extension projects. She also accumulates other experiences as a consultant in the areas of Management and Organizational Development, Marketing, Social Responsibility, Sustainability and as an educator in Social Projects. He is currently dedicated to research on Sociomateriality, Teaching-Learning in Administration and Innovative Learning Environments.
