Biography
Samantha Evans is a lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of Kent and the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Lead for Kent Business School. Samantha’s research examines diversity in organisations and how social class impacts the experiences and opportunities of employees. Her research has been published in journals such as Work, Employment and Society; The International Journal of Human Resource Management; Management Learning; Employee Relations & Personnel Review.
