Dr. Barbara Wang is Professor of Leadership and Management at Hult International Business School for Hult Ashridge Executive Education. Her research focuses on cross-cultural leadership, with publications including books on Guanxi in the Western Context, Chinese Leadership, and peer-reviewed articles in other journals. She integrates research into executive education, designing bilingual programs for multinational companies. Barbara previously held senior roles at Louis Vuitton Group and DHL in China. She has a PhD from Bayes Business School.
