Biography

I am a highly skilled teacher over 16 years of experience at Higher Education, currently teaching at LSST Bucks New University accredited Higher Education programme, UK deliver a range of inclusive teaching and learning practice, module leading, supervising, mentoring, knowledge exchange and associated administration activities. My career aspiration is to work academia with a view to deliver high quality research-led teaching in line with engage in academic activities and research. I am extensive experience within academia, particularly, Business Management, strategic HRM, and Change management. I am a qualitative researcher with strong academic background, engage in voluntary work as a ‘peer reviewer’ at BERA and ‘abstract reviewer’ for BERA 2024 conference to contribute in Business, Management and HRM. I have significantly improved my professional practice by involved in high quality teaching practice, actively engaging in conferences, seminars, workshops, and small-scale classroom-based research and CPD. I plan to continue publishing for a theoretical and practical contribution and keep myself up to date in my area of expertise.
