Biography

Hafiz Muhammad Zaheer Abbasi is a PhD Scholar in Project Management at Riphah International University, Pakistan. He holds an MS in Project Management from the same institution, graduating with a gold medal for outstanding academic performance. His research centers on project leadership (both constructive and destructive), artificial intelligence in project environments, and organizational behavior. He has recently published in the Project Management Journal, with additional work accepted at the EURAM 2026 Conference and under review at leading journals, including the International Journal of Project Management and the International Journal of Managing Projects in Business. He actively contributes to the scholarly community as a reviewer for PMJ and major conferences such as EURAM and BAM.
