Mehreen Malik is a doctoral candidate at NUST Business School, National University of Science and Technology (NUST) Islamabad, Pakistan. Mehreen is an active and highly energetic researcher working diligently on the various projects of the fourth industrial revolution, digitalization, and digital transformation of Pakistani organizations. She is keenly interested in researching the digital transformation of Pakistani organizations and the skills required by the leadership for their successful digital transformation. Additionally, she has worked on the digital transformation project of educational institutions and their role in the re-focus and re-purpose of Hybrid learning. Her research interests are digitalization, digital transformation, leadership, e-banking, and blockchain technology. She has published in Journal of Internet Banking and Commerce and Current Psychology. She has also contributed two book chapters in IGI global and Springer Nature. Mehreen has participated in the different seminars and webinars on digitalization and digital transformation organized by MIT Sloan Management Review, Harvard Business Review, and Trident University. In the digitalization field, she has been actively involved in research projects of national interest. Her work included identifying, selecting, designing, and implementing relevant digital trends for research projects in different Pakistani sectors such as tourism, textile, banking, and education, both in qualitative and quantitative terms. Some of her projects were successfully submitted and approved for research grants.
