I am an MSc (Econ) and doctoral researcher at Aalto University School of Business. My work examines what it is to ‘do’ meaningful work, adopting a practice-based approach that conceptualizes meaningfulness as constituted in repeated daily doings. Empirically, my research draws on a two-year longitudinal ethnography in the Finnish marketing sector, where work takes shape in the tension between algorithmic optimisation and human intuition. I am particularly interested in the everyday conditions under which people remain engaged, committed, and able to contribute meaningfully through organizational processes, use of technology, and shared routines.
