Downloads
This session explores how intersecting identities shape experiences of leadership, work and organizational life across diverse cultural contexts. The papers examine the experiences of South African Indian women leaders, racial inequalities within English apprenticeships, and the gendered leadership practices of Chinese women leaders. Together, they provide new insights into how race, ethnicity and gender influence workplace experiences, leadership practices and access to opportunity, highlighting the need for more inclusive and equitable organizations.
