Abstract
Challenge modals imposed by new technologies has made human vulnerabilities the weakest link in digital trust practice. Previous research fell short in navigating the complexities of dynamic digital business contexts, based on digital trust theory and social-technical system theory, this paper investigated whether a preventive and dynamic comprehensive management system could deliver digital trust. It was conducted using an action research methodology. The outcome demonstrated subject organization has increased customer loyalty, reduced security issues, and met regulatory requirements, this outcome facilitated their digital transformation. This paper joins scholarly conversation on digital trust by including six new constructs, by reconceptualizing the theoretical framework in workplace into a vertical hierarchy structure framework typical of proactive and iterative features, and highlighted the roles of people’ subjective initiatives and culture. It also provides insights to organizations for how to earn and deliver digital trust new normal in organization routines.
