Abstract
It is necessary to research stakeholder engagement in CSR communication in the context of social media for companies. Presently, research for stakeholder engagement has predominantly been on marketing communication and industry-specific dialogue. However, there are limitations in examining stakeholder engagement within Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) communication on social media. This developmental paper initiates a discussion using a systematic literature review approach to explore the factors influencing stakeholder engagement in CSR communication on social media. It offers practical recommendations for marketers in companies to develop effective CSR communication strategies and provides valuable insights for future research directions.
