Abstract
This developmental paper examines how collaborative digital transformation can mitigate food loss and waste in agri-food supply chains. Adopting a systematic science mapping approach, we analyse 152 peer-reviewed articles from 2014 to 2024 to reveal multiple thematic clusters that illustrate the interplay between technological innovations, stakeholder collaboration, and sustainability-focused practices. The research seeks feedback on cluster validity, methodological rigour, and potential future research directions, particularly regarding SME-centric solutions and integrated digital platforms that can strengthen collaboration and scalability in food loss and waste mitigation.
