Abstract
This development paper details the initial findings from a study into the use of letter writing methodology. The approach was adopted by two teaching-focused staff as a means to support a collaborative project and their ongoing personal development. Although analysis is still in its early stages, it reveals the potential power of the letter writing approach and suggests it could be rolled out more widely within business schools for staff development.
