Abstract
This study explores effective leadership strategies for managing and enhancing the performance of multicultural teams and the key challenges leaders face when managing culturally diverse teams in the Canadian context. Additionally, the study explores leadership approaches that promote inclusivity and foster collaboration in multicultural settings, assessing how these strategies influence employee satisfaction and team performance. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study this research provides empirical insights into best practices for managing multicultural teams, offering practical recommendations for leaders seeking to optimize team dynamics and organizational performance.
