Abstract
Value co-creation tendency not only depends on the internal factors of entrepreneurs, but also is affected by external information overload. Based on S-O-R theory, this article explores the mechanism of information overload and entrepreneurial anxiety on value co-creation behavior. The results show that information overload and entrepreneurial anxiety have positive effects on value co-creation tendency. Entrepreneurial anxiety plays a positive mediating role in the relationship between information overload and value co-creation tendency. The relationship between information overload and entrepreneurial anxiety was negatively moderated by self-efficacy. In this article, information overload and entrepreneurial anxiety are included into the discussion framework of value co-creation behavior, which provides a novel and comprehensive perspective for the study of value co-creation behavior, and provides practical significance for entrepreneurs in their entrepreneurial activities.Value co-creation tendency not only depends on the internal factors of entrepreneurs, but also is affected by external information overload.
