Abstract
The energy industry is obligated to coply with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs). However, complying with SDGs would be a challenging target for Energy companies during time where those comanies are under growing pressure to continue supplying international markets with affordable sustainable energy. This calls for global energy companies to practice suitable leadership approach to manage complex energy companies towrads organsiational resilience. in this paper we explore and examine Transformation Network Leadership as a suitable leadership approach towards organsiational resielence in Bahrain Energy Industry challenged SDGs firms.
