Samuel is a lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at Norwich Business School. His research is centred on understanding how employees' perception of time influence their attitude and behaviour. Before joining Norwich Business School, Samuel was a Research Assistant at the University of Ghana Business School, and a Graduate Assistant at the Department of Psychology, University of Ghana. He has journal publications. He has presented at conferences and contributes to academic discourse by serving as a reviewer to a well-known scientific journal in his field. Samuel aspires to be a distinguished scholar in Business Management with a specialisation in Organisational Behaviour. His main research interests include employee motivation, self-leadership and job crafting. He is also interested in studying time as a focal variable. He looks forward to collaborating with other highly motivated individuals in his field to revolutionalise the academic discourse in the aforementioned areas.
