Abstract
The rapid evolution and emergence of newest technologies and workplace dynamics have prompted organizations to adopt new strategies to improve employee engagement and behavioural transformation. One of these is gamification, which is a game design method that can be used in non-gaming contexts. The goal of this study is to find out if gamification can help transform the way organizations develop their workforce.
This study addresses the question: How gamification integrated with internal marketing strategies, drive behavioural transformation and aligning the employee actions with organizational objectives? Drawing on theories of organizational behaviour, strategic marketing, and behavioural economics and it proposes a Theoretical framework that interlinks gamified mechanisms with employee motivation, performance enhancement, and organizational development.
In addition, they can help establishments cultivate a collaborative environment and reach out to diverse groups. Finally, it emphasized the significance of formulating policies that uphold the systems' sustainability.
