Abstract
The study will employ the componential model of creativity and the conservation of resource theory to develop a conceptual model to elucidate the firm and individual-level antecedents that strengthen environmental sustainability orientation impact on hotel employees' green creativity. Green autonomy, a firm-level capability and psychological resilience, an individual-level attribute, are theorised as the mediating variables to underpin the unexplained variations between environmental sustainability orientation and employees' green creativity outcomes. The models will be tested using partial least square-structural equation modelling to explain the unidimensional effect and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) to clarify the recipes sufficient to explain hotel workers' green creativity. The study will collect data from managers and employees in the Ghanaian hotel industry. The study findings will help clarify the interactive role of green autonomy and psychological resilience in environmental sustainability orientation and hotel employee green creativity relationships.
