Abstract
This study explores customer preferences for AI travel assistants using Conjoint Analysis to identify key factors influencing user choices. The research, conducted within the Layla.ai domain, examines three travel scenarios—Personalized Travel, Business Travel, and Budget Travel—to determine how travelers prioritize attributes such as AI-generated recommendations, real-time support, transparency, security, and cost optimization. Findings reveal that personalized travelers value intelligent recommendations and adaptive AI, business travelers prioritize efficiency, reliability, and seamless AI integration, while budget travelers emphasize cost-saving features and transparent pricing. The results suggest that AI travel assistants should be context-aware, predictive, and capable of delivering real-time, reliable support. These insights provide strategic implications for improving Layla.ai’s AI-driven travel planning solutions, ensuring enhanced user satisfaction and competitive differentiation in the tourism industry. The study also highlights the importance of balancing automation, personalization, and data security to meet diverse traveler needs.
