Abstract
The integration of circularity and resilience in supply chains is essential for addressing recent global challenges. However, existing research has primarily examined these concepts in isolation, leaving a critical gap in understanding how supply chain practices simultaneously drive both circularity and resilience. Also, while performance measurement is crucial for evaluating circular-resilient strategies, there is no established framework for assessing their impact. This study extends the Supply Chain Practice View framework to circular-resilient supply chain performance measurement systems. Through 23 expert interviews across seven companies and four external stakeholders (universities, governmental and non-governmental organizations) in Vietnam, we uncovered 10 key inter-organizational practices and six corresponding performance indicator groups. The research’s unique contribution is a combination of collaborative practices and their link to a set of performance metrics, which offers valuable insights for practitioners to monitor, measure and improve supply chain performance towards more circularity and resilience.
